- Providing a complete and correct pickup and delivery address
- Providing a valid mobile number and email address
- Correctly declaring the nature and contents of the shipment
- Providing accurate package weight and dimensions
- Ensuring that the shipment is properly packed and labeled
- Providing required invoices, permits, declarations, or other documents
- Ensuring that the shipment complies with applicable laws and regulations
VGGO Express may reject, hold, return, or cancel a shipment when information is inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or non-compliant.
4. Packaging
All shipments must be packed securely and appropriately for transportation and handling.
The sender should use suitable internal cushioning and durable outer packaging. Fragile, valuable, or sensitive items must be clearly identified and packed according to their specific requirements.
VGGO Express may not be responsible for damage caused by inadequate, improper, or insufficient packaging.
5. Prohibited and Restricted Items
Customers must not send illegal, prohibited, dangerous, hazardous, or restricted goods through our services.

The sender is responsible for ensuring that all shipment declarations are accurate.
7. Pickup and Delivery
Pickup and delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing.
Delivery may be affected by weather conditions, traffic disruptions, remote-area limitations, public holidays, government restrictions, security checks, incorrect addresses, recipient unavailability, or events beyond reasonable control.
VGGO Express may use alternate delivery routes, facilities, or authorized partners when operationally necessary.
8. Delivery Confirmation
A shipment may be considered delivered when it is handed to the named recipient, an authorized representative, a person available at the delivery address, or a designated reception/security point. Electronic records, OTP verification, signatures, or photos may be used as proof of delivery.
9. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges may depend on location, weight, package dimensions, service type, delivery speed, taxes, and handling requirements. VGGO Express may revise rates or charges from time to time.
10. Delays
VGGO Express will make reasonable efforts to deliver shipments within estimated timelines. However, delivery dates are estimates. VGGO Express will not be responsible for consequential losses arising solely from delivery delays, except where required by law.
